He has more than 20+ years of teaching experience in Zoology and allied branches. The institution is a Gov. Grant-In Aids College affiliated with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. The institution is also awarded with NAAC - ‘B’ Grade with CGPA 2.59. He graduated (BSc-Second Class) from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad. He has post-graduated in Zoology with Reproductive Physiology (MSc-First Class) and MPhil (Distinction) from Department of Zoology, University School of Sciences, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has also cleared Joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for lectureship in Life Sciences. He is an Associate Fellow, Gujarat Science Academy, Ahmedabad along with life membership of many societies related with life sciences and other disciplines of learning. He is a recipient of the ‘Junior Scientist of the Year-2005’ by NESA, New Delhi and also inducted into ‘Leading Scientists of the World-2013’ by IBC, Cambridge for Interdisciplinary Scientific Research & Education. In the year 2021, he honoured with ‘Best Researcher Award’ by VDGood Professional Association, India. ‘Research Excellence Award-2021’ by Institute of Scholars (InSc) Bangalore, India and ‘Best Associate Professor Award’ by Worldwide Research Network, New Delhi. His publications include 3 review papers, 18 research papers, proceeding papers, books and booklets, popular articles, Leaflets etc. He is interested in the fields like Acupressure, Cartooning and Management.
