Copyright Policies
Copyright gives the creator of intellectual property a set of specific rights associated with their works, to decide whether, and under what conditions, the work may be used by others. RSquareL is committed to respecting the authors' rights to their papers as well as that of the publisher.
Note to Authors and Publishers:
For already published papers/works:
Authors or Publishers do not transfer copyright for any papers which are indexed in RSquareL but provide right to RSquareL to post the publication details of the paper and also full abstract (if and only if it is open source at its original publication) along with the link of original publication. Authors or Publishers retain the right to remove paper from RSquareL at any time. When Authors or Publishers provides paper and respective details to RSquareL and accept our Terms of Use, they confirm to us that their submission does not violate other parties copyright or other proprietary rights.
For unpublished papers/works:
Authors or Publishers transfer copyright to RSquareL for indexing of abstract with full paper publication at RSquareL after acceptance. When Authors or Publishers provides paper and respective details to RSquareL and accept our Terms of Use, they confirm to us that their submission does not violate other parties copyright or other proprietary rights. Authors or Publishers will be the sole responsible for any kind of issues that may occur related to copyright and plagiarized content of their work.
RSquareL is the indexing platform developed by Global Academicians & Researchers Network (GARNet.). RSquareL is the abstract database of peer-reviewed scientific journals, books, and conference proceedings that covers research topics across all scientific, technical, and medical disciplines.
