Abstract:
By using current knowledge and best evidence practices to make decisions about how to care the critically ill patients to get the best outcomes. In ICU where patients are suffering from life threatening conditions so the fully dependent upon highly advanced equipment and the medications. ICU should highly organized and designed in such a way to meet all the needs of the patients. Having skilled personnel with following evidenced based practices to promote the delivery of patient care, costeffective, enhancing patient and family satisfaction with professional development.
