Abstract:
Professional issues are areas of debate about ethical or practical conduct that underpin good professional practice. Clinical issues with ethical insinuation pose an everincreasing dilemma in day-to-day medical practice and in case of pediatric health the ethical issues involving them those are unable to take their own decisions. children are immature and also dependent upon their parents. There are many ethical and legal issues affecting the children from their fetal period to adolescence.
