Abstract:
Talent Management and Retention Strategies is one of the challenges of the employers in any organization. But the Covid19 situation during and after the epidemic has taught good lessons and more realistic scenario in every walks of life to re-in vent us for a better tomorrow. The employers are not the exception to the devastated experience during the recent past. The result of epidemic across the globe resulted in inflation, poverty, unemployment, ill-health on one hand and corrective measures, positive efforts, lifestyle change, bondage, sympathy, caring, concern for others etc. on the other hand. Many employers brought in more strategic plans to regain the economic loss and market gain after the recent times. There were many company closed due to finance issues, less production, reduced sales and resorted to retrench their employees, but organizations also experienced their skilled employees started demanding more pay in the process many left the organization for better career development. Therefore, keeping the realistic situation in mind, the present chapter ‘Talent Management and Retention Strategies’ explores the possibilities to satisfy the employees and tries to minimize the attrition in the organization.
