Abstract:
The Internet has proven to be the most powerful social network, exerting a great influence on our society and catalyzing the process of globalization. Recent trends and data show that the Internet is being used for employment all over the world. This paper presents a systematic review of erecruitment literature.Additionally, it is stated that criteria for judging online recruitment can include execution, dependability, security, and persuasiveness.[1][5]
