Abstract:
Gender role is an issue of concern for a long time in our society. The subjectivity of this issue is very often confusing with the sexual identity. The present study is aimed to reveal the reflection of gender role on subjective and objective spaces. The gender differentials create spatial restriction in the form of societal norms. These societal norms, ultimately culminate into some gender related crisis which comes as a form of deviance. Social deviance take place out of the regressive concept of gendered spaces. This discourse is dependent on the literature reviews from various dimensions of gendered spaces and gender discrimination. From these literature survey, the discourse gets its way to conclude about the changing nature of gendered spaces and spaces of deviance.
