Abstract:
Interpersonal skills are characteristics that help persons to figure out what inspires others and how they apply their knowledge to obtain the greatest results. The major concern of this article is to raise awareness of interpersonal skills in everyday life among the working professionals. This article focuses on various parameters, qualities that the working professionals should be able to imbibe so as to work effectively. The article also discusses about the Do’s and Don’ts in any workplace for good etiquette
