Ghritartha Goswami, BE, M.Tech. is a Professional civil and water resources engineer, currently a Ph.D. scholar at North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Earlier he was appointed as an Assistant Professor at Scholar’s Institute of Technology and Management (SITM), Guwahati, Assam, India. He is a graduate in civil engineering, 2017 batch from Nagpur University, Maharashtra, India and has done his post-graduation in water resources engineering, 2019 batch from Assam Kaziranga University, Assam, India. He started his career as a teaching assistant in the civil engineering department at Kaziranga University and going forward he had joined SITM as an assistant professor in the civil engineering department. Speaking of his strengths, his leadership quality was shown at a very young age when he got the opportunity to take charge as the Head of the Department in civil engineering, SITM which had been efficiently proven with the research-oriented skills that he had shown in his tenure. He has also played major roles in organizing several International and National level conferences during his post-graduation period. Going through all of his research paper publications, Mr. Goswami is considered to be a very skillful researcher in his profession by all his subordinates and other colleagues. His ability to critically analyze the outcomes of a research process has led him to contribute more than twenty-five papers in the area of saltwater intrusion, river engineering, climate change, offshore technology, geomechanics, and geohydraulics on a positive note. For his remarkable accomplishment in his profession, he was recently named a Young Scientist by the International Scientist Awards.
