Dr. Michael B. Bibon is a science and research teacher at Cawayan National High School, Bacacay, Albay, Philippines.He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Foundations degree at Bicol University Graduate School, Legazpi City. As a public school teacher, he has already developed action and basic research papers that focus on learning development and resiliency. He also coached students in developing science investigatory projects. His focus in research lies in culture-based studies, personality assessment, and phytopharmacology where his research articles in soft and hard sciences were published in online journals. He also authored a published book on IMRAD Research Paper as a tool for beginners. With his engagement in research, he participated in division-level to international-level research conferences as a resource speaker/research presenter to broadcast his research findings.
