Almighty C. Tabuena is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Music Education, Cum Laude, at the Philippine Normal University, Manila in 2017 and is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Education degree at the same university. He was conferred an honorary degree, Doctor of Philosophy (Education), from Theophany University, Haiti in March 2021. He also obtained a Professional Certificate in Educational Research at the European International University, France in 2020. His research work focuses on action research, art, assessment and evaluation, material development, educational research, and music. He has presented papers at institutional, local, and international conferences and published research articles in local, international, and Scopus-indexed journals. At present, he is a full-time faculty member in the Senior High School Department at Espiritu Santo Parochial School of Manila, Inc., teaching research courses and serving as a reviewer and editorial board member of various international journals.
