Dr. Madhusmruti Khandai is working as Associate Professor, in Royal College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Berhampur, Odisha. She has published more than 29 national and international papers in reputed journals (Scopus). She has filled more than 05 patents till date and out of which 2 Patents are granted. She is involved in medical device development with scientists from PSIT Kanpur. She is also involved in constantly guiding students for competitive exams and other life science options after completion of their courses at under graduate and post graduate studies; she also encourages young students to develop themselves for the healthcare sector of India. She is also associated with some international universities abroad for doing collaborative research works. She is also working as Nodal Officer for NIRF and involved in accreditation of NAAC. An active Member IPA, APTI, APP, InSc, FHER and PRISAL. She is also serving as reviewer for many journals of repute. She was also involved in organising CEP program sponsored by PCI as joint secretary other than this she is also involved in organising various conferences at state level.
