Dr. Dinesh Kumar Dash
is currently working as Assistant Professor in Parala Maharaja Engineering
College, a Government Engineering College in Berhampur, Odisha. He has received
his B.Tech. degree in the specialization of Inst. and Electronics Engineering
from CET, OUAT, Bhubaneswar in 2001 and M.E. with the specialization Digital
Systems and Instrumentation from the Dept. of Electronics and Telecommunication
Engineering, BESUS (later upgraded as IIEST, Shibpur) in 2007. He obtained his
Ph.D. (Engineering) from Jadavpur University in the Dept. of Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineering in the year 2021. He has published 10
international journals (SCI Indexed), 3 book chapters, and 12 conferences. His
current research focuses on the ,characterization of low power nano devices,
compact modeling and simulation of non-conventional FET structures and their
applications in VLSI Circuits and Bio-Sensors. He has received “Young
Scientists & #39; Colloquium” Award from the Institute of Engineers
(India), West Bengal state centre, ET Division on September 20, 2017 and
University Foundation Day Research Award (Faculty) from BPUT, Odisha on 21 st
November 2020. He has won best presented paper awards in ICCDN-2017 and
GUCON-2018. He has successfully organized Two Days Seminar on “Recent Trends
And Challenges In Silicon And GAN Devices And Circuits” on 27 th -28 th
February 2020 at Dept. of ETC, mPMEC, Berhampur. He has also earned Elite Gold
with Topper in an NPTEL online certification mcourse (DEC) during Jan-Apr 2021.
He has contributed as a reviewer in different internationally acclaimed
journals.
