RSquareL is the indexing platform developed by Global Academicians & Researchers Network (GARNet.). RSquareL is the abstract database of peer-reviewed scientific journals, books, and conference proceedings that covers research topics across all scientific, technical, and medical disciplines.

Eligibility criteria for listing your profile at RSquareL:
Minimum eligibility for listing an author profile under any category of "Recognition & Listing" is atleast one research paper has to be indexed in RSquareL. Indexing of paper/research work at RSquareL is completely free. Listing of the author's profile under any of the Categories of Recognition is done based on RSquareL Value, which is free for those who get RSquareL Value more than 110.
Benefits of recognition through profile listing at RSquareL:
RSquareL is the abstract indexing platform covering research topics across all scientific, technical, and medical disciplines. RSquareL accepts published as well as unpublished research works for indexing. Any Author, Journal Publisher, and Conference Organizer can index research works/papers in RSquareL. It is the World’s first and only platform for Direct Abstract Indexing (DAI) of research works by Author(s) based on RSquareL Value.

Guidelines for direct indexing of published papers/research works by author(s):
Step 1: The author has to register at the RSquareL portal through https://rsquarel.org/login.php
Step 2: At the same link, login to the RSquareL portal
Step 3: Click on "submit research paper for evaluation" https://rsquarel.org/submit-listing.php
Step 4: Enter all the publication details
Step 5: Upload the following documents: Passport size photo (Image), College/Employee ID Proof, Profile
Note: At the "Select preferred listing title" option, choose any of the preferred choices among Young Researcher, Young Achiever, Research Excellence. This is the category under which your profile will be added under Recognition & Listing if your research work is qualified based on RSquareL Value. This is optional to the authors and not related to indexing (free of cost) of paper/research work at RSquareL.
Indexing of paper/research work at RSquareL is entirely free and listing of the author's profile under any of the categories of Recognition & Listing is optional, and it is done with nominal charges if and only if paper/research work is qualified in RSquareL Evaluation.
You can view your submission(s) at the top right side of the web page by clicking on "dashboard with your registered name".
Guidelines for direct indexing of unpublished papers/research work by author(s):
The author has to submit a research paper for review by mail to publish@rsquarel.org, and RSquareL will intimate further process through e-mail.
Guidelines for indexing the papers from Journal Publishers or Conference Organizers:
Step 1: The coordinator has to register at the RSquareL portal through https://rsquarel.org/login.php
Step 2: At the same link, login to the RSquareL portal
Step 3: At Registration, Click on Journal Publishers or Conference Organizers as per your requirements

Step 4: Fill in all the necessary details

Acceptance of research work for indexing is based on RSquareL value and its completely free of cost. Research paper/work must get minimum RSquareL value of 60 in our evaluation system based on various metrics as discussed below:
For unpublished papers from Direct Author(s) and Conference Organizers and also
For published papers from Journal Publishers and Conference Organizers
Each article will undergo a review process, and based on the reviewing committee decision, acceptance or rejection will be decided. If a journal or a conference is "Indexed in RSquareL" it does not mean that all the papers published in Journal or conference will be indexed. Only the papers accepted by RSquareL review team will be indexed in RSquareL. Conference organizers or Journal publishers can mention RSquareL on their website under the Indexing list.
For already published papers from a researcher (Direct Submission by an Author), we look into the following metrics concerning to published source (Journal/Conference)
1. Publication type (Journal, Book Chapter, Conference): Journal paper fetches more points, followed by conference paper and a book chapter.
2. Indexing (SCI/SCIE, SSCI, AHCI, EI, PubMed, MEDLINE, ACM, Scopus, ESCI, UGC, DBLP, Google Scholar, DOAJ,)
3. Quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4)
4. SCI Mago Journal Ranking (SJR)
5. DOI presence
6. Mode of publication (Paid /Unpaid): Unpaid fetches more marks
7. Scopus cite score
8. H Index value
9. SNIP value
In addition to above mentioned 9 points, we look into the following metrics concerning to author(s):
10. Position of an author in the published paper (First author, Second author etc.)
11. Google Scholar Citations of the submitted paper
12. Total citations of the author
13. h-index of the author
14. i10-index of the author
15. ORCID Presence
